How do you recenter yourself during moments of stress, harm and trauma? Join us and the community* for Cha(t) & Chill. We’ll have tea, eat home baked goods, and talk about our self-care practices. Small sandwiches and self-care tools (coloring books! stuffed animals! incense!) will also be provided. This summer was intense, full of tragedy after tragedy, attacks on our QPOC community, non-stop state violence with no sign of accountability in sight. And this election season has been disturbing, threatening the security of our communities.
This is all to say: we’re exhausted. Emotionally. Physically. Spiritually. So we thought we should regroup, gather, and spill some tea -- maybe not literally. Bring yourself and what you can. Come through and allow yourself to receive.
